i was driving along one night listening to NPR (national public radio).
at the time the discussion was about the mortgage ruptures.
how a person representing the creditability for a mortgage loan would simply state ( on a piece of paper) they had ''the potential'' to earn a certain amount of income.
the document would then be confirmed (by a quick phone call) from a housing loan officer to a loan management consultant.
the consultant would then state that it was possible, and the officer approved the loan.
this is called a soft loan, because no collateral was put up nor was income tax or income assessment was used to make the loan.

then the company would gather all the loans up and sell them to a corporation... such as DuPont or WalMart under one of their subsidiaries.
the soft loans then went into scrutiny... questions were asked why customer "X" was late in payments and why his property didnt exist at the address stated on the forms.
that started the mortgage bail out plan.
i bring your attention to Obama's plan.. and ask this.. when in the heck did congress agree that one man would decide how to spend our national budget?
was this a motion on the floor? was it in writing? what is the scope of this spending power? and if we need only man to make all the decisions, why pay the representives, senators, and congressmen from each state to be mere ''yes men''?

same thing with bush and his oil bailout plan... if i had a lever long enough and big enough place to stand... i would knock some sense into the american public.
it isnt that hard to line every politician up against the wall and shout ''Ready... Aim....'''

i hope i win the lottery oneday... im buying a island and running my own dictatorship based on a platform of lower taxes and coperate bailouts.

Obama is new blood, the entire civilized world was cheering for the States when he was elected.. the only ones that doubted and doubt the greatness of that event, are Americans.

I think that if Americans were dumb enough to elect Bush TWICE, You should give a real good guy a chance. He's not a puppet like Bush.

Second: Yes you are right, if the average citizen was allowed to carry handguns there would be less crime. For about 5 years the morons, trigger happy and stupid would shoot at each other, after 5 years they would be all dead and the smart ones wouldn't need guns anymore.As for fewer people in prison for violent crimes, of course, they would all be dead by gun wounds.

Third: If no one was allowed to have gun, no one would be afraid of being shot and people would be less paranoid and would stop thinking that the entire world is out there to get them.

if you are stranded on a dark road with mechanical problems to your car... and a stranger drives up and pulls a gun on you... would you be glad for the gun control laws.. or wish you had one yourself?

Pick a politician they are all at fault for the state of the nation. The people of this nation are also at fault as we continue to elect the same group of corrupt (insert favorite off color phrase here) and hope for an "honest leader". Obama isn't the source of all our problems but like the others before him he is deffinetly contributing to the freakin problem.
